Inherited a Failed Zoho CRM Setup?
We audit what exists, produce a new FRD for how the system should actually work, and rebuild against that spec. You continue from a documented baseline, not from scratch.
If your Zoho implementation partner disappeared tomorrow, could your team keep running?

Evaluation checklist
The answer is not certifications or partner tier. It is what the client owns when the engagement ends.
Use these six criteria to evaluate any Zoho consultant:
Ask for a Functional Requirements Document from a previous project before signing anything. No FRD means no documented process.
You should walk away with an FRD, TRD, automation log, and configuration guide. If a consultant cannot name these specifically, that is your answer.
A documented system means any qualified consultant can continue from where the last one left off. An undocumented one means starting over at full cost.
Feature demos are not UAT. Issues found after launch cost significantly more to fix than issues caught during testing.
Not a logo. Not a quote without context. A case study with a named industry, a described problem, and a measurable result.
“We will be here if you need us” is not a support commitment. Ask for the scope and duration before the project starts, not after go-live.
Track record
| Industry | What was implemented |
|---|---|
| Healthcare | POS machine operations, CRM and workflow automation |
| Cleaning and field service | Field ops scheduling and dispatch automation |
| Packaging | Address management and order processing |
| Education | End-to-end admission workflow automation |
| Sports and entertainment | CRM and operations management |
| Sales-driven businesses | Pipeline restructuring, lead recycling, stage-based automation |
Every engagement above was delivered against a documented FRD and TRD. Every client owns both documents at project close.
Every Evoluz project follows a fixed four-step sequence: Discovery, FRD, TRD, then Build. Configuration begins only after a signed Functional Requirements Document exists. The TRD gives your team a full technical record of everything built and why.

Most consultant pages tell you what gets built. Here is what you actually receive.
Your business processes, the requirements agreed in scoping, and the reasoning behind every configuration decision
Module architecture, field structure, automation logic, integration map, and user roles
Every workflow, trigger, connected application, and scheduled process
What was built and how to manage, modify, or expand it without calling us
Live session recordings your team keeps and references after go-live
Defined scope, included in every engagement, not an optional add-on
Every document belongs to you at project close. No licensing fee. No access requirement. No dependency on Evoluz to read, use, or share them. Hand the TRD to any future consultant and they can continue immediately.

We restructure the pipeline, build stage-based automation around how your team actually sells, and run training against real deals. Adoption is tracked in the first 30 days post-launch.
